We also coordinate care with other community partners to provide X-ray, ECG and ultrasound services in the home. It’s convenient and affordable, too.
Once the results are available, your physician or nurse practitioner from Doctors To Home LLC will get in touch with you for diagnostic interpretation and will recommend interventions or changes to your care plan if needed.
